CSIO is grounded in the belief that the solutions to local and global injustice and violence need to come from those communities most impacted by them. Our programs help these communities develop shared decision-making systems and adopt facilitation processes where all contribute. We integrate a ‘root cause’ analysis into groups’ local work, support collective action for change, and bring leaders across difference to seek solutions together.
